MERCURY WEDNESDAY

“Where the veil between worlds grows thin, conversations grow deep.”
Mercury Wednesdays offers a unique dining experience that transforms ordinary evenings into extraordinary connections. Inspired by the ancient wisdom of Mercury, the messenger god who guides souls between worlds.
We host sophisticated evenings where small groups explore meaningful topics while enjoying delicious food. Currently, our carefully curated evenings offer an opportunity to explore the universal experience of death. These aren’t somber affairs—they’re elegant, mystical evenings where conversation flows as naturally as fine wine. Wednesday’s unique energy opens hearts and minds to authentic connection, creating experiences that linger long after the last toast. “
Gather friends in your home for an intimate and enlightening conversation among friends, or meet some new people who might offer new perspectives and stories to ponder long after sharing a meal together. We offer MERCURY WEDNESDAY at restaurants where comfort in the form of atmosphere and food are certain. Check here for upcoming restaurants. If you prefer to host at home, we partner with excellent chefs to bring the whole experience to you. If you prefer we simply bring our program, (a facilitated conversation) we can arrange as well. If you would like a restaurant experience with your guests, we will work with you to partner with one of our favorites.
MONDAY MATTERS

Monday Matters “Giving voice to the overlooked, and Monday its due.”
Monday Matters champions the conversations that deserve center stage but rarely get it. Just as Monday bears the weight of being the “forgotten” day of the restaurant week, some topics carry profound importance while remaining in society’s margins. Our intimate evenings shine a spotlight on these underexplored subjects—from the dignity of service work to the psychology of beginnings.
Each Monday, we gather to give proper attention to what often goes unnoticed, creating space for discussions that matter deeply but happen rarely. These aren’t lectures or debates, but thoughtful conversations that honor the wisdom that emerges when we truly pay attention. Because some of the most important conversations happen when we stop rushing toward the weekend and start valuing the moments between you’ll discover that the most nourishing part of the evening isn’t what’s on your plate, but the fresh perspectives you take home. Come hungry for great food and leave satisfied by great minds.
PASTA AND PERSPECTIVE
Pasta and Perspective “Where comfort food meets curious minds, every bite sparks new understanding.”

Pasta and Perspective transforms a night out into a feast for both body and soul. Gathered around tables laden with family-style Italian favorites, strangers become friends as they share not just plates, but viewpoints. Each evening centers on a thought-provoking topic—from the ethics of technology to the art of happiness—while you twirl linguine and unravel ideas together.
There’s something magical about breaking bread that breaks down barriers. As warm pasta dishes circulate and conversations deepen, you’ll discover that the most nourishing part of the evening isn’t what’s on your plate, but the fresh perspectives you take home. Come hungry for great food and leave satisfied by great minds.
